Membership at SERAPHIM CENTER is unique. The important requirement is the desire to know God, and eagerness to express unconditional Love. SERAPHIM CENTER leaves the individual member wholly free to live one's life according to the inspiration of the Spirit of Truth within the individual. One is not asked to give up membership in any other organization or church to join with our community.

Rather than being a system of worship, Seraphim Center is a collection of spiritually motivated individuals who have come together for mutual encouragement and loving support. Members are asked to do their best to live their Truth and Love on a daily basis. The objective of Seraphim Center affiliation is to help women and men live more effective, Spirit-Centered lives.

SERAPHIM CENTER is a present-tense approach to the teachings of the Masters and is committed to living in the present moment, T.O.D.A.Y.!

We unite in order that we might minister more effectively to each other and to the community at large.. By our commitment to ourselves, to each other, to the planet, and to God, however each of us might envision God, we become the channel by which others, too, are blessed in their lives.

SERAPHIM CENTER is an individual corporation, affiliated with the parent corporation, the Alliance of Divine Love, Inc. Our ministry is an individual entity and is entirely self-governed. We are pledged to the practice and the application of the Greatest Degree of Love in all our endeavors and affairs.

Seraphim Center sees worship as serving God by uplifting and glorifying the Spirit of God that resides in every individual, in positive, joyous ways.

We seek not to emphasize one's past (sins, errors, mistakes), but instead give attention to the good that exists in every person and what can be done within the present to transform one's self and one's own life. Our primary concern is not so much with a future life but with teaching people how to live fully in the present, seeing the good that exists now. We accept the concept of eternal life and view the present moment as part of eternal life. The present moment is a gift from God.

Seraphim Center does not impose any financial burdens or obligations on its adherents. It believes the desire for giving should be initiated from within the giver to reap the joys of sharing. Consequently, all support is by free will offerings and fund raisers. We believe the promises of the ages that what we give shall be returned to us, many times over.

Seraphim Center is inter-denominational and inter-faith. We welcome in dignity and love, people of all races, colors, religions, social backgrounds, and economic levels. We focus on the divine potential within every person and teach that through a practical application and understanding of what the Masters have taught, every person can realize and express this Divine potential for a happier, fuller and more successful life.

MISSION: Seraphim Center builds Spiritual Community by supporting  personal growth and ministry. Ministry equips ordinary people to do extraordinary things. Personal growth, guided by the Greatest Degree of Love, leads to empowerment.

VISION: We are a growing, loving prosperous Spiritual Community equipping people with tools for transformation to wholeness and happiness.

STATEMENT OF CONSCIOUSNESS: Thank you Divine Creator, Higher Power for the experience of Your Presence through our committed participation in Seraphim Center. This is a safe, supportive, and spiritual environment where we are each freely able to "Let go and Let God." We know and affirm that we as individuals and Seraphim Center as a community, is worthy of the fullness of the Universe flowing to and through our lives.

THE GREAT LOVE COMMANDMENT: "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." (KJV: Matt 22:37-40)

JOINING IN MEMBERSHIP: The First Sunday of each month, Seraphim Center offers membership to anyone who wishes to join our fellowship. The only requirement for membership is to attend at 10:00 AM a 30 minute orientation session in the Sanctuary on a Membership Sunday. New members will learn more about us and then will attend the 11:00 am service to be recognized and blessed in a short ceremony.

Some who become members are new to Seraphim Center while others have been involved since its inception. Choosing membership is an opportunity to deepen your commitment to your own spiritual path, to the beauty within and to your community of faith.

TRADITIONS: Seraphim Center does break from tradition in that it has no formal requirements, dogma, rituals, or standard ecclesiastical garb. We choose to believe that there is good in every religion. Different religions are like spokes on a wheel with the hub being the Creator. They may be set apart by variances of beliefs and approaches, but they are all seeking the Creator at the hub of all life, sharing more commonality than differences. Therefore, Seraphim Center does not deny anyone the right to one's own beliefs. We have experienced that when people of different backgrounds and beliefs come together in mutual Love and respect they experience an energy that is greater than the sum of its parts. We can use this energy to heal our bodies, minds, spirits, environment, and reach out into the world and help heal others. As we heal, as we assist others in their healing, as we progress towards the goal of unity, oneness, and human kindness, we are all blessed and we progress to heaven on earth.
